What Are Butyl Degreasers?

Definition of Butyl Degreasers

Butyl degreasers are cleaning agents that contain 2-butoxyethanol, a clear, colorless liquid with a mild, sweet odor. Butyl degreasers are water-based and effectively remove grease and oil from dirty surfaces. This is because they have the ability to disperse in oil, allowing them to easily extract it.
